We have also made available ACH payment of rents to your tenants that have advanced to electronic payments.
Technology plays an important role in our success. Utilizing web based AppFolio software, we are able to customize property management programs that meet the specific needs of each property owner. We invest heavily in support systems and ongoing training to ensure that our management team has best-in-class tools to support each property we manage.

Pacifica’s Certified Property Manager® and Accounting team reach out to your tenants to create and maintain relationships to ensure your property value is maximized and all building mechanical components are in good working order. We invest time in preparing annual budgets to enable you to forecast building improvements and cashflow. We manage operating costs to make sure your CAM costs are reasonable and attractive to current and new tenants. Our 24/7 on-call support line is always available when the need may arise.
