Jerry has resided on the Central Coast for most of his life. He began his Industrial Real Estate career in the Silicon Valley. As Pacifica’s Broker of Record and Founding Partner of Pacifica’s Santa Maria Division in 1989, Jerry is the Senior Industrial Broker for the Company. He is an active Member of the Santa Maria Economic Development Commission, a retired Police Officer after serving 14 years with the Santa Maria Police Department, and a Member of the Santa Maria Breakfast Rotary Club. Jerry has extensive contacts and working relationships with local employers, government entities, and real estate developers.
