Chris joined Pacifica Commercial Realty in January 2007. He specializes in leasing and sales of retail and office properties from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara. Chris has leased several major retail and office projects on the Central Coast, including Enos Ranch Shopping Center which encompasses over 500,000 square feet of retail space, Paso Robles Target Center, Wal-Mart/Albertsons Center in Arroyo Grande, OSH, Longs, Big 5, Ross Center in Pismo Beach, Wal-Mart/Home Depot Center in Santa Maria, Kohl’s Center in Santa Maria, and Tank Farm Office Park in San Luis Obispo. He has also sold several major retail centers and office properties. Chris started at Coldwell Banker Dan Blough & Associates Commercial Division in 1989, just after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After 4 years, he moved to Prime Commercial, where he worked in retail real estate for nearly 15 years. Chris is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.).
